My dream home is about $250k. I'm striving for it now.
    6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths
Basement and bonus room. I feel in love with it about 2 yrs ago.

I am eyeballing some downtown highrises. I want a condo with huge windows and views of the city skyline. I will have restaurants, bars, and entertainment all in walking distance.

I think after a bit of the SD life I can make it happen. Then I'll retire and adopt 80 cats. Can't wait!

    My dream home...

2 story white brick, long wrap around porch in the front, deck in the back with swimming pool. Large fenced in yard for the dogs, small fenced in and roofed yard wih a tree for the cats, connected to the house with a kitty door. Inside, a large kitchen with island and stainless steel appliances. Professional range and double oven. Master bedroom with double walk in closets and a master bath with vanity, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Cifornia king size bed with pet steps so everyone can get in without me needing to lift them up all the time.

My dream home wouldn't be huge, but it would be built like a fortress- completely impenetrable and able to withstand anything short of a direct nuclear strike. It would be self-sustaining, with facilities to generate power and grow food. I'm thinking a castle motif.

    Other features would include:
    *Bowling alley
    *Distillery
    *Secret passageways
    *Panic room/Fallout shelter
    *Vintage arcade
*Fireman's pole, like in the Ghostbuster's building or the 60's TV Batcave
    *Animal sanctuary
    *Robot guards.

We're talking dream homes here, not plausible homes.
